Anthony's coal fired pizza was born from a single obsession: making the most flavorful, perfectly charred pizza imaginable. Our founder Anthony grew up watching his grandfather tend a wood-fired oven in southern Italy — the ritual of fire, dough, and fresh toppings was etched into his earliest memories. When he arrived in New Jersey, he was determined to bring that authentic experience to the United States.
